Lucy – Rescued by Wags, Hope, and Healing, adopted November 11, 2012

The “Love Sponge” is what volunteers have started calling this 2-year-old Labrador mix. She’s done extremely well in foster and with her trainer, and no longer seems to be nervous around other dogs. Lucy is a happy, boisterous bundle of affection and energy just waiting for the right family to take her in. We’ve had her at events with lots of people and other dogs and she’s been a well-behaved sweetheart! Hard Luck Hounds will provide a $150 voucher so her adopters can take her to a trainer and become a perfect team.

You watch Lucy with her trainer in this video.

Lucy is currently residing with her foster mom, but she has to come back to the shelter on or about July 18th. Her animal ID number is A620125, and you can always call the Hard Luck Hounds hotline at 512-731-1942 to find out more about her.
