Shade the Shelter
The Shade Project is a 2013 initiative to raise money for the installation of shade canopies at critical locations at the Austin Animal Center. Austin summer’s are hot and we need to make life more comfortable for our animals and adopting families while they are at the Center. This ~$40,000 project will greatly enhance our facility!
Bryan Treat is the new Treasurer for Friends of the Austin Animal Center. He and his wife are also both realtors in Austin and they have offered to help us reach this aggressive fundraising goal by donating a portion of their commissions in 2013 (and beyond) to FOAAC. These monies will go a long way in helping us achieve our goals… without costing you a thing!
